Your First Session

In the initial assessment Rob will take down all relevant information from you, find out your goals and then perform an examination and assessment on your injured area.

Rob will then explain his findings, provide a step by step method of getting you Fully Fit. Rob will use the latest evidence-based treatments to help you recover as quickly as possible and will taylor your treatment dependent on your individual needs.

Lastly he will form a rehabilitation plan tailored to you. Follow up sessions can be 30 minutes or an hour depending on your available time frame and needs.
