Who we are

What this page covers
This page is about the website — the booking form, cookies and analytics. Notes and health information recorded as part of your treatment are handled separately in clinic and are not covered here.
Information you give us
The booking form
The “£20 off” form asks for your first name, last name and mobile number. That is all it collects — there is no email field, and we do not ask about your injury or health at this stage.
When you submit it, those three details are sent to Brevo, the platform we use to manage enquiries, and we contact you to arrange your appointment. The form also has a hidden anti-spam field; if a bot fills it in the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.
The form has a separate tick box asking whether you would like occasional offers and updates. It is optional, it is never ticked for you, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your booking. If you do tick it, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message we send.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and provide treatment, and — if you opted in to marketing — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Ask us at any time and we will remove you.
Calling or emailing us
If you contact us directly we keep that correspondence so we can help you, and no longer than we need it.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use any advertising or tracking-for-ads cookies. Analytics is off until you choose to turn it on, and you can change your mind here at any time:

Before you accept, Google Analytics receives no cookies and cannot identify you or recognise you between visits. If you later turn analytics off, we delete the analytics cookies already set.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, and the booking form is processed by a Google Cloud function in the UK/Europe. Like any web host, it records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We use:
- Brevo — stores booking enquiries and sends messages you have opted in to.
- Google — hosting, Analytics (only with your consent), and the embedded map.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent — marketing messages and analytics — you can withdraw it at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give.

If we change how we use your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
